一、培養目標

I. Objectives of Ecation
培養具有良好綜合素質，能在城市規劃及設計、城市規劃管理、房地產開發等部門從事城市規劃設計與管理的復合型人才。

城市規劃專業的學生必須具有一定的政治思維、經濟分析和領導藝術才能，能很好地綜合與協調城市規劃中各種問題，了解建築、市政工程及房地產管理的各種技術經濟知識，了解城市規劃、經濟環境與文化之間的關系，熟練掌握現行的法規、規范和標准，能較流利地閱讀本專業外文書刊，並具備一定的外語交際能力。

In line with the requirements of the socialist modernization of our country, this program, adhering to the important thought of the 「Three Represents」, aims at the cultivation of cross-disciplinary urban planning and management professionals for sectors like urban planning and design, urban planning and management, and real state development, with all-round development in morality, professional expertise and physique.

Graates of urban planning are meant to be skillful in political thinking, economic analysis and arts of leadship, in order to solve practical problems in urban planning. Graates, with a mastery of the knowledge of economics and technology of architecture, civil engineering and real estate management, will thoroughly understand the relations among urban planning, economic environment and culture and fully comprehend current architectural codes, regulations and standards. ⑹ 城市規劃研究生湖大難考還是西建難考,能幫我分析一下嗎近幾年湖大的錄取分數線是多少

說起來，湖大難考一點，因為湖南大學是自劃線學校之一，所以決定了它的分數線不會比國家線低並且浮動大（生源好的話就高，不那麼好就低一點，但是還是不會比國家線低）而且湖南大學城市規劃和建築是考一套卷子，只是快題不同而已，發文憑的時候也是建築學的碩士文憑，所以區別不大。而且湖大今年已經評上了建築學一級學科，所以以後要讀博士的話肯定比西建要容易那麼一些，畢竟自己學校，自己導師，比外面考進來要方便一點，對吧？湖大歷年的分數線網上有查，我只記得08.09，10,11分別是305 300 300 330.湖南大學的復試一般是按照1:1.2的比例選定復試人數的，具體招考人數要看當年的招生簡章，但湖大初試建築（規劃）只要能夠上線，錄取機會都非常之大。呵呵，大家都這么過來的，能幫則幫，當年我也很迷茫。所以，很懂你現在心情。PS 你怎麼會有10本湖大的復習參考書？那麼多？
